Moved 2 Action!
I'm new to this blogging thing. Blogging sounded too much like boggled and I don't need anything else to "boggle" my mind after all that I've been through over these past 5 years. I will blog more about that as I go along - I don't want to scare anyone off "to quickly" that may choose to view my posts. Please view all of the videos I posts the day of my post so you can't follow my thoughts. Remember my mind has been boggled by current events which is why I feared blogging to begin with!
I entitled this first post "Moved 2 Action" because I'm tired and frustrated at the feeling of helplessness at watching what is transpiring on the Gulf Coast with this supposed BP oil leak. This started as "B.S." from the onset. BP is worried about the connection with their previous name of British Petroleum. Well I suggest their new name be changed to "BS Oil Company" (they've certainly earned the title) after they no doubt file for bankruptcy when they realize they will in no wise be able to pay for this catastrophe.
I have only experienced this amount of lies and bureaucracy when attempting to deal with the cable company about my ever-rising cable bill when I continue to use the same services each month! Would someone please tell me why is it that idiots appear to be in charge of everything and decent, integral, compassionate people are the ones that are always being pissed on while idiots are trying to convince them that it's raining?!!!
Then there's this video of basic American rights being violated - a reporter who is not allowed to interview other American citizens participating in the BS Oil Company "clean-up" (another BS joke) and the workers themselves being too afraid to lose their BS provided jobs outright refuse to be interviewed even when they're told their Massah put out a memo 2 days before saying it was okay. Does this look familiar - like coloreds who wouldn't leave the plantation even after be told they were free to go? Notice they are all colored people - that's right colored people - not good enough to be called black or African-Americans - these folks are shuffling idiots with no integrity to speak out about this clear and obvious travesty - all because their BS Massah has given these coloreds a good paying job! Then we are now getting reports that this is no oil leak - last time I checked when you have urine leakage (pardon this example) you can take care of it with a pad or diaper when you have diarrhea you will soon be hospitalized or dead if you don't get it under control. This was no leak from day 1 and BS oil company knew this! But BS Oil Company had the media calling it an "oil leak" for 6 weeks before any of those paid-off idiots would call it what we all could clearly see it was (even if we failed 7th grade science) an out-and-out gusher!!!
Then BS Oil Company told us it was oil that was leaking and this is an oil spill clean-up. Until we heard from a brave Cajun woman in Louisiana who told us all the fisherman who had gone out to do a clean up all took ill with some strange illness along with her own husband. They all had to be taken by ambulance to local hospitals and weeks later they were still sick! Then this true American citizen went on to say no one would talk because everyone is afraid of BP!!! Then we find out that this isn't oil at all - we should have known this just from watching the opening of The Beverly Hillbillies do you remember the song - ... BLACK GOLD, TEXAS TEA? If we are not all brain dead already - what is coming out of that gusher is not BLACK - WE ALL DO STILL REMEMBER OUR COLORS DON'T WE?
So why would American citizens be afraid of a foreign corporation that has F'd up our shores?!!! Oh, is it because this is "British" Petroleum that no one is crying "War" or "Foul"?!! I guarantee you if this was a Chevron rig we would be preparing for war against Venezuela and Hugo Chavez!!!
But I'm not for going to war with a country for the negligent acts of its citizens - unlike some other wars that have been started recently. However, I do feel that we as American citizens owe it to our fellow American citizens who live on the Gulf Coast and who rely on that region for their livelihoods - we owe it to them to wage war against this travesty by exposing this to as many as we can. Let's not be hoodwinked and bamboozled by a government payoff or a measly check from a company that has lied continuously from the onset of this tragedy.
I'm originally from southern Louisiana and what I hope to achieve from my efforts posting this blog is to make readers aware that we cannot rely on government to get us out of these catastrophes we MUST rely on one another. I have a home-based business and I'm prepared to donate a portion of my profits to helping those on the Gulf Coast. It is predicted that we could have 40 million people trying to evacuate the coastal areas in the very near future!
